What is Clarvelo?
Clarvelo is an AI workshop facilitator for collaborative teams. It guides teams through structured workshops — retrospectives, decision jams, post-mortems, prioritisation sessions and more — so they can run high-quality workshops in-house with less preparation, fewer tools and clearer outcomes.
Workshop participants join free with a single link and do not need accounts. The AI facilitator introduces each activity, prompts participants, gathers responses and manages progression, while humans provide the context, judgment and decisions. Every session ends with a structured summary and concrete, assigned follow-up items that can be exported to the tools where work happens.
Who is Clarvelo for?
Clarvelo serves teams who already know the workshop they should run — a retrospective after a difficult sprint, a decision jam before work drifts, a post-mortem after an incident — but cannot justify a consultant facilitator for routine sessions. It also lets the team member who would otherwise facilitate participate fully instead.
What can you run with Clarvelo?
Clarvelo includes more than 40 structured workshops for learning, deciding, prioritising, aligning and improving how teams work, including:
- Rapid Retro: turn a sprint, project or release into clear lessons and accountable next steps.
- Lightning Decision Jam: move from scattered opinions to ranked problems, solution ideas and a decision path.
- Blameless Post-Mortem: understand what happened, why it happened and what the team will change.
- Design Sprint: Day 1: turn a broad challenge into a selected direction in one focused session.
- Five Whys Deep Dive: trace a problem past its symptoms to a root cause the team can act on.
- Feature Prioritisation Matrix: compare ideas by impact, effort, confidence or criteria the team agrees on.
- Team Working Agreement: create shared norms for communication, collaboration, meetings and decisions.
- OKR Setting Session: turn ambition into objectives, key results and a sharper direction for the next cycle.
